is it mazda or ford that makes the 2.3L V4 DOHC engine and tranny (not the 3.0L V6 Duratec engine) in mazda6? - i am planning to buy a mazda6 2.3L V4 DOHC car, and i did some research on the vehicle and am not sure about who makes the engine and transmission (is it ford or mazda??). Guys please help me on this. I am going nuts.

What is a good price for a new 2007 Mazda6 ? - I'm thinking about buying a Mazda6, and I'd like to know what other people are paying for the same trim. I want the S (V-6) Touring version with automatic transmission. I know that Mazda is redoing the Mazda 6 for 2008, so I was wondering if that would affect the price on the 2007? This is my first car to buy myself, so I'd really appreciate any help!!

What should I get...Mazda's Mazda6 versus Toyota Camry - I am looking to buy a used car 2005 or newer. After test driving, The toyota camry and Mazda6 were both great for me to drive and fit my needs. The only things I am hesitant about are the fact that the Camry is frightfully BORING. I am a very spunky person so this bothers me. Meanwhile the Mazda is sleek and sporty but is less reliable and feel really low to the road while driving. Any thoughts?

Can mazda3 17 inch alloy wheels fit on a mazda6? - I am trying to buy 2006 mazda3 17 inch wheels and put them on my 2003 mazda6, but i am not sure if i can do that with out harming my car. The mazda3 17 inch wheels i am getting: 17x6-1/2, 5 lug, 114mm Indented spoke ends 5x114 The mazda6 17 inch alloy wheel specifications: 17 x 7, with 5 lug on 114 mm Indented spoke ends 5x114. I can see that all the numbers match except for 17X7 (for mazda6) and 17X6.5 (for mazda 3). Does this mean i cannot put mazda 3 17 inch wheels on my mazda6? By the way my mazda6 right now has the steel wheels with hub caps and they are either 15 inch or 16 inch wheels. Since i am going higher on the rim size a bit, does it hurt my suspensions? Thanks, Sandeep. I AM SORRY, RIGHT NOW I HAVE 16 INCH WHEELS ON MY CAR AND I AM TRYING TO PUT THE 17 INCH WITH P205/50R17 TIRES. rIGHT NOW I HAVE P205/60R16. Mazda or Nissan Car for when I turn 16? - I will b 16 in about 8-9 months. I really like Mazda's and Nissan's but do not know which one is a better more reliable car. The models in mind are for Nissan: Altima or Maxima. and for Mazda: Mazda6 or the RX-8. I like The Maximas and RX-8 cars better but am not sure. Please Help!!! I need to know what to save for. (Keep in mind that the car I buy most probably will be used between 2004 and the latest models)
