HELLO I am thinking about buying an 1994 Audi 90 CS, do it HAVE to absolutely have premium gas? - Would regular unleaded be acceptable in the car? I wouldn't have anything to worry about right? I mean with gas prices nowadays....ouch.

What is the average fuel economy of a Manual 1990 Audi 90 2.3 (5 cylinder) Petrol? - I'm thinking about buying a Manual 1990 Audi 90 2.3 (5 cylinder) Petrol, I know fuel economy gets worse with age and im not expecting anything fantastic from this huge engine, but does anybody have any idea, or even better, experience of owning one of these cars that can tell me the average combined MPG of this car, it will be much appreciated, Thanks. (PS - Its the standard model not the Quattro)

I'm buying an AUDI with high miles? - i'm thinking about buying a 1995 AUDI 90 QUATTRO with 198k miles, I wanna know is worth 1300 dollars? and how realiable are those cars? p.s. there seems to be nothing wrong with the car it was a company car that the owner says was maintained also I have another car to fall back on so i'm about to make the gamble. i just wanna get an extra 50k miles out of it.......what are your thoughts??

Why does it sound like my car backfires when i go to start it? 1995 Audi 90 Also doesn't start? - 1995 Audi 90 Also doesn't start I think it doesnt start cause alternator or v belt went. i bought it off a guy who said it stalled when he was driving but ran fine before. now it doesn't run. I put dry gas in the tank to get water out just in case

What do I look for when buying a used Audi? - Im looking into buying a used car down the street from me. It's a used 1997 Audi A4 Quattro AWD It has 123,000 miles on it, but it looks really good. The gentlemen said that he had replaced the -front control arm -timing belt - and wheel bearings all around 90,000 miles. I really don't know that much about that kind of stuff. I don't know what is commonly problematic with this type of car, so any insight would be helpful.

I am having trouble with my trunk latch/ lock on my 1995 audi 90. anyone out there know much about these? - I just bought a 1995 Audi 90. I cant seem to get the trunk open. It seems as though the lock isnt working right. the button pushes in w/o releasing the trunk latch. When I turn the key to position (b), the doors and seat backs unlock, but the trunk button still does not open the trunk. I have tried locking and unlocking the trunk many times, but the button still does not seem to operate the latch. Anyone with exp with this kind of problem? Can it be opened from the inside (through the back seats) then diagnosed then? Any help or advice is appreciated.

How much would it cost to replace a clutch on a 1990 Audi 90 Quattro sedan (5 cyl, 5 spd)? - i was thinking of buying one but it needs a new clutch, so i wonder how much it would cost. Im guessing labor would be the majority of it.

Can an Audi 90 Quattro Tow a Quad? - Well, i'm about to buy my first car (highschool) and am torn between what i really want (Audi) and a small SUV (Passport).... Basically i would be buying an ATV soon to go riding with my friend in the Mountains (WA state) which is the only reason i'd get an SUV (light weight towing)... But I thought i'd ask if any one knew if an Audi 90 Quattro could tow a Quad, or maybe just a dirtbike? (Can you even get a hitch for an Audi?) It'd be ~1994 Quattro (4WD) with a 2.8L 172 hp, V6 engine... (5sp Manual)

Audi 90 quattro CS - bolt on serpentine pulley broke while driving? - Ok so I was driving in an audi 90 quattro when suddenly the power steering went out and a bunch of lights came on. I looked under the hood - lo and behold, the bolt that holds the serpentine tensioner pulley to the engine had snapped clean off. How do you recommend I get the threaded part of the carriage bolt out of the block? I think the moral of this story - buy an American car.
