Should I buy a Volvo S70 AWD Turbo?

I've driven a V70 with the same setup and loved it. I'm partial to the sedan, and prefer a manual. The only manuals I can find in this model are the S70 T5's, for which I also find bad reviews.
So should I buy one of these quick, safe, economically priced and time tested vehicles, or are there specific issues I should be aware of?
And does anyone have the Volvo described, for sale with less than 60,000 miles on it?

Its got leather, heated seats, sunroof, a/c, CD player, T5 engine, and my favourite feat., a manual tranny. But then I looked at the mileage (201,000) and I'm a ittle intimidated by it.
