HELLO I just bought a Volvo S60 and it has a bulb issue. How much would something like that cost to get looked at? - I just bought a Volvo S60. The front left turn signal keeps going out, but eventually comes back. Since it seems like it could be more of a wiring issue than a bulb issue, I want to get it looked at by someone other than myself.

I have just bought a volvo s60 d5, why and am only getting 25mpg !? - I have just bought a 2002 Volvo s60 d5 85k miles on clock full service history, im not driving it hard and am only getting 25mpg. I have check for fuel leaks and cannot see any problems, the engine runs fine. Are there any known issues as to why my mpg is so low ? all volvo figures state a combined mpg of 47mpg.

what does the STC light mean on a volvo s60? and can it be easily fixed? - I just bought a used volvo s60 2001. it stalled on me about twenty minutes after purchase. I got a little insight about lemon laws etc. But if i were to keep the car and get it fixed, can it be easily fixed and will it be expensive?

Looking to buy a used Volvo S60 with AWD- what kind of gas mileage can I expect to get? - I'm likely looking for an 02 or 03, need to pay $10,000 or less. I need All-Wheel Drive for the mountains and winter driving. 2002 was the first year for AWD on this car. Any problems to look for that the S60 has had these year models?

Where can I buy OEM Volvo S60 brake pads for cheap? - I live in Dubai and I need new brake pads. For two front brake pads, they charge 700 dirhams which is around 180 or so American dollars. Mercedes charges 400 for all four pads. Volvo is charging like crazy. Anybody know where I can get cheap pads but are authentic because that is just highway robbery and they know they can get away with it. But I also heard that the BMW 5 series brake pads are almost exactly the same except for the little metal piece on the back of the Volvo pads.

Should I buy a Volvo S60? - Anyone have an opinion on this or buying a Volvo in general. I've heard they don't last long, I have a chance to buy a S60 real cheap like $5,000, it's an 02 but high milage (104K). I've always been a Toyota man, my last car lasted 240K. Just looking for an opion on if Volvo's are good buys?

I just bought Volvo S60 2004 at the end of my lease with 12700 miles is like a new car I was told, I have service done one month before a bay to make sure everything is okay because I didn?t want to spend extra money for extended warranty since I drive very little I was told it will last me for long time. But the day of purchase, I was told by Volvo dealer to live a car with them to do NY state inspection, they have my car for a couple of days and in that time I was told by dealer that soon I will need new breaks, which it was a surprise for me since I have a service month earlier and they didn?t say anything. I bough a car as it was thinking that dealer want to make some money on me and I though I will go for second opinion. My friend look at them and told me that my breaks and plats look like I had at list 80000 miles on this car, plats look like they have engraved circles in pl plats in all 4 wheels. He thinks that it is impossible to use my brakes to this shape after 12700 miles, so he suggested that dealer switched them for used ones. Is this is possible, that I could used my brakes to this condition, or my friend could be right? and what should I do since I paid for a car and have it for a week, I can?t believe in this, but I am a woman and this is my first car and I have no idea what to expect, I have heard about dishonest mechanics, but big dealer like Volvo would practice business like this? Any help will be very, very appreciated

should i buy a 2002 volvo s60 or a 2000 nissan maxima? which is more expensive to maintain? - I like both cars but i prefer the s60, however i've heard mixed reviews on both cars. I know both cars are pretty expensive to maintain as well, they're both about the same price/mileage. how much more expensive is one to maintain than the other? if anyone has any kind of idea
