1991 Volvo 740 acceleration problems. Please, help? - I bought a 1991 Volvo 740 Non-Turbo Sedan. And recently I have been noticing that the acceleration in horrible. It's a four cylinder by the way, but still. When I am at a light, and I push the gas ALL the way to the floor...is takes about 4 or 5 seconds to acutally accelerate. And when I was trying to check the carb, I saw that oil somehow had gotten in to there a long time ago, but I don't know. So what can I do about the acceleration and the cleaning of oil off of my carb? Thanks!

Any tips for cleaning upholstry in a 1987 Volvo 740? - I bought my car from the original owner, and she was a single woman who never really used the back seat. Well, it stayed nice until my stepdaughter snuck some food with her into the car and fell asleep. Now I have these ugly stains on my backseat on the passenger side. Any tips as to cleaning a tan cloth upholstery in a Volvo 740? I'm not against any harsh chemicals, or anything like that, so please, all the help I can get would be wonderful!

I bought a used 1990 740 Volvo with "valet" key only, how can I get the real key? - The private party only had the valet key not the original. Is there a way to get the original key? I have to unlock the doors in order to open the trunk because the valet key doesn't work to unlock the trunk.
