HELLO Im looking at buying a 1993 volvo for under 2 grand with 109 miles power options? - Everything is in good condition but it has a R title which is the part im scared of, im not plan on resaleing the car just drive till it goes. I understand volvo are good safe cars. But should I buy it or stay clear of because of the R title

Would you consider buying a Volvo that had 175,000 miles on it if it otherwise was in good shape? - I am looking at a Volvo that is in great shape and runs good, but has 175,000 miles on it. It is a 1993 850 model. I've heard that Volvos are known to go well into the 200's to 300's. It's $2800. Do you think that it is a good buy?

I'm thinking about selling my 1986 volvo, and then buying a used 2004 Malibu. What do you think? - Details: I got the volvo for free. Recently It's been stalling and the cooling fan in my engine stopped working. Today it locked up because it over-heated. Other than that, it's been a great car and have a lot of updated engine parts. I don't know much about the Malibu. Supposedly it hasn't been in any accidents the owner just sold it because there wasn't enough room for her family. It's $7,500. It seems like a good deal and I think I can afford it. But on the downside, my insurance would go way up because I'm 17 and it always goes up when teens have newer cars. Should I just fix my volvo or buy the Malibu???

Thinking about buying a 1996 Volvo 850 GLT, how is your opinion on that particular car? - I've never owned a Volvo before, but have heard good things about them. I particularly like that they're supposedly long-lasting and reliable. Can anyone tell me about that particular model and give me their good/bad opinions on it? The car has 111,000 miles on it. Any help would be appreciated! :-)
