HELLO Thinking Of buying a 2000 Volkswagen Passat? - I've beening thinking of buying a passat but the only ones in my price range are the 4 cylinder turbos. And all the reviews that I've read said that they are ok on reliability. Some say they love them others say they are pieces of junk. Are they a good car or a disaster?

I am looking into buying a 2007 Volkswagen Passat and need some answers to some unresolved questions? - I would like to purchase the 2007 Volkswagen Passat. All that I have done so far is been searching online at dealers inventories. So I guess some the questions that I have are: 1. Do all Passat models require premium fuel? 2. What is the difference between the 2.0T and the 2.0T Wolfsburg Edition? 3. Is the Passat a good value for a family of 4? 4. I want a sunroof in my Passat, is that included in package 1? By the way what is package 1? I have searched all over the VW website and although it is an impressive and interactive site I cannot seem to find the basic information. Please let me know if you know anything. Thanks.

I am looking at buying a 2002 Volkswagen Passat W8 4Motion. It has 85,000 miles so my concern is reliability.? - I will be driving the car for atleast 5 years. If anyone has experience with this perticular car please reply! ok so I decided not to go with the W8 but the dealer also has a 2003 jetta 1.8t with 62,000 miles. How reliable of a car are these?

Anyone intersted in buying a 04' Volkswagen Passat 1.8T 4Motion 5spd (VERY RARE) with 230hp 230 lb/ft? - Unfortunatly my gain is my loss wich is your gain. My new part-time job as a Firefighter/EMT and father to be, has forced me to give up my baby. My wife can't drive manual and is unable to learn, so I have to get an automatic. If we are out and I fire call comes in she gets stuck at the station while I have fun. This is unfair. So I need to get a car she can drive in case of an emergancy. 50k miles. If anybody is interested in a great year round car that gets great gas milage let me know. it has 50,000 miles, it's black with tan interior, i live in the chicagoland area.

Bad "low positioning sensor" on a volkswagen passat? - Im looking into buying a volkswagen passat. The only thing thats listed wrong with it is a "bad low positioning sensor", which is an "exterior sensor". Any idea what this is?

What is good mileage for a 2003 volkswagen passat used ? - I'm looking into buying my first car. I really like the volkswagen passat so it's kinda my first choice. The car is going for 6995 and has approx. 146,242 miles on it according to this particular dealership. All I wanna know is what is a good mileage for a used car and what should I look out for when going to look at this car and any others..
