buying 2001 toyota tundra? - i am buying a new truck, but worry that the dealer is including options into the price that dont actually exist. my problem is that i dont know how to find out what options are actually there. the dealer says there is premium wheels & custom bumper. It doesnt look like it to me, but then again i have no way of knowing. i dont even know how to check for ABS, other that the light that is supposed to come on the dash when you start the engine. Am i walking into some kind of scam. your thoughts and experience are greatly appreciated

I just bought a toyota tundra with 86000 miles . The guy I bought it from used 5w30 valvoline oil.? - I would like to use a good synthetic oil. Can someone recommend one ? will it hurt to change oil brands like that in mid stream ?

buying a brand new toyota tundra crewmax ? - im interested in buying a black 4x4 limited toyota tundra crewmax. my problem is they dont have it at any of my local dealerships. so the salesman said that he was going to look for it and give me a price. if they find it they will show it to me but only if im committed to buying it . or he said that they can order staight from the factory but i have to give a 500 hundred deposit . what can i do in this situation. i dont want to buy something i haven't seen or test drived.

How to break in a 2007 Toyota Tundra? - Hi I just bought the 2007 Toyota Tundra and this is my first brand new car ever, I'm 19 so I don't got a lot of knowledge on cars yet. What would be the proper steps into breaking it in, I'm getting 9mpg is what it says on the guage =(. Is it good to drive it longer distances? Another question I had, is it bad to floor the truck when new? I'm coming from a 03 Tacoma inline4 single cab...so this is a big jump in size and power.

Is it worth Buying a 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7L CrewMax TRD Off Road 4x2? - I live in L.A and really like the new Tundra Crew Max, but would it be worth buying this truck. This would be my first car off a dealer. I have been looking and the prices and estimating the payment, gas and insurance and it seems pricey. Is there any one that owns a 2008 Tundra Crew Max 5.7L TRD Off Road 4x2 and lives in L.A in that stop and go traffic? If so please let me know how you do on the MPG and paying at the pump.
