Questions about buying a Toyota Rav4?

I am interested in purchasing a Toyota Rav4 near in the future. But there are so many options, I am not sure which ones are necessary! Also I'm not quite sure how to find out what I should offer for the car, what would be insulting, and what would be just too much money!
