HELLO Im thinking of buying a new 2008 Toyota Matrix XR for my son. Think he'll like it?Is it a good car a teenager? - He is a good 17 year old kid. Does what hes told, does good in school, and is a good, safe driver. His birthday is coming up and i was thinking of buying him a brand new 2008 Toyota Matrix XR. Is this a good car for a teen? Do you think, he'll like it?

How can I get informaiton about complaints on Toyota Matrix's? - I bought a Toyota Matrix. The battery was dead a week later. I took the car back to the dealer and they told me to buy a bettery with more Cold cranking amps. I did and the car would not start again. So back to the dealer. They told me to buy yet another battery. It worked ok for about a week. Then while on vaction the battery is dead again. Does anyone know about electrical problems or shorts in the Matrix to cause this to keep happening?

I'm buying a Toyota Matrix XR 2004, 1 owner, 35,000 miles for $10,000 (includes taxes, fees, etc.). GOOD DEAL? - Super Clean Car Fax, over 1 yr & 60,000 miles on the original warranty still, but no four wheel drive. This is my first car, and I'm buying from a dealership. Do you guys think it's a good deal?? And while I'm at it, any thoughts on a good Insurance to use? I'm 25 yrs old. THANKS everyone & God bless!!

What would you buy a Toyota Matrix or a Prius? - I'm between the Matrix, Prius and the Fit (but I can't talk myself into paying over MSRP for a car). I have test driven all three. I do need some room to put stuff in but with the price of gas rising up I'm thinking the Prius might be a good bet. What's your experience? Thanks for the input

Buying: '08 Toyota Matrix vs. '09 Toyota Corolla? - I am having an internal debate... I like the interior and hatchback feature of the Matrix, but it has about 27k+ miles on it. My other option is a used '09 Corolla from a rental dealership with like 10k miles, and a few extra options... Just looking for opinions... Which one would be better for the buck, and retain value, etc. (Don't need info on gas mileage or safety... it's just a hard decision based on older-more miles-nicer interior vs new-fewer miles - okay interior) Thanks in advance guys

buying a used toyota matrix.? - I am looking to trade in my 2002 Ford ranger 4x4 for a 2006 Toyota Matrix Base AWD. I really want a AWD because I live on a dirt road that is bad in the winter, pluse I have a 50minute commute to work everyday. We get a lot of snow up here. Anyway. I want this car But my Wife and brother both think it has tomany miles (74,00) For a 2006. They are concerned that with that many miles it will need brakes and front end work soon. I say to them that 24000 miles a year is avrage. Anyway here is the add. What do you think? There are a few other cars on there that i coul dget for less. Can curtain airbags be added to a used 2005 Toyota Matrix XR? - Can curtain airbags for the front and rear passengers be added on to a used 2005 Toyota Matrix XR? I am thinking of buying a used 2005 Toyota Matrix XR that does not come with side curtain airbags. Thanks.

Best car to buy Toyota Matrix, Nissan Versa, Mazda6 - I am looking to get a new or used Toyota Matrix, Nissan Versa, or Mazda 6. I am a beginning driver so handling and reliability are important to me. If anyone has owned any of these vehicles and can give me some pros and cons I would appreciate it. So far my opinions of the cars are: Toyota - Great company, safe, reliable, looks alright, handles well, lots of space. Lacks on power though. Nissan - Roomy inside yet easy to park because its really small, safe with side air bags, handles alright [not amazing] power okay. Mazda - Looks beautiful. Handles great. visibility not as good as the other cars and feels small inside. Thanks for any answers in advance, I am racking my brain with this one.
