HELLO where is the fuse for the radio in a 1998 suzuki esteem? - my daughter just bought a '98 suzuki esteem and the radio is connected to a constant power source. she has to remember to shut the radio when she shuts off the car or it remains on. i can't find the radio's power source that is governed by the ignition key. no wire i found is on and off when the key is on or off.

Should we buy 2002 Suzuki esteem with salvage title for $750? - Some one wants to sell Suzuki esteem with salvage title for $750 which didn't pass emission test so tab could not be renewed, so tab expired. And emission tech guy said it is O2 sensor and catalytic converter problem which is why it didn't pass through emission test. Do you think we should buy this car in present condition with salvage title for $750? Car has a damage on trunk and bumper has it had square hit on rear end. What will be cost for a fix so it can pass thorough emission test and can have current tab?

Is a Suzuki Esteem a good car? - I'm looking into buying a 1998 4-Door Suzuki Esteem. Everything on it seems in good working order. The mileage is kind of high, about 150,000 but the owner has recently fixed a few things on it. Everything seems up to date and I don't see any thing that could be wrong with it. I've always wanted a foreign car, as I've heard they're more reliable, but I've heard that Suzuki and Mitsubishi and not very good foreign cars, but Honda and Toyota are. Does this mean that all Suzuki cars are crap? It just seems like a really good car at a good price ($1,800). I appreciate your opinion on it. Thanks!

can anyone find a 98 suzuki esteem body kit? - i have a 98 suzuki esteem ive been looking for a body kit for it for about 3 years. I found one once on ebay and didnt have the money to buy it at the time but i cant even find one on the intrernet anywhere.

What do you know about the Suzuki Esteem and Suzukis in general? - I'm normally a Honda driver but due to being on a budget, I'm looking at a 2000 Honda Esteem sedan. It's being sold at a used car dealership for $2500 and I'm a bit suspicious of the price, because according to KBB it's worth more along the lines of $4500. I'm inexperienced with buying cars so I'm not sure what to do.

Is the Suzuki esteem 2000 a good car to buy used with 78, 000 miles?? (not sure if it is glx or gl)? - I know that suzuki makes good bikes, but I'm not sure about cars? I live in New Jersey. This would be my first car and I'm going to use it mostly to drive to my college that's about an hour away. I'm only going to be making this drive like once a month. so, i just want to know if this is a reliable, good car?? Thanks:-)

i just bought a 2000 suzuki esteem? - is there anything good/bad i should know about this car? does anyone own one and like/dislike it? this is a uncommon car around here and i dont know much about them. any help would be appreciated. i needed a small car with two doors and cheap on gas. i got one with about 99,000 miles on it and paid 5,500.

dodge neon or suzuki esteem? - Ok, so I bought a 98 suzuki esteem and before I got it home it started missing and I couldn't take it back because I didn't get a warranty on it. Anyways, it wasn't so bad then and we tried putting gas treatment in it..changed the plugs and the fuel filter. Didn't help, and it started getting worse. We've took it to 4 different garages and noone can find out what's wrong with it. Now my step dad is offering to trade us a dodge neon for it that runs but has trans and oil leaks. Should I trade or would it be better to try and find out what's wrong with the one I have? A lot of people have told me that suzukis are disposable cars...but I've also heard bad things about neons so I don't know what to do???? Oh yeah and the neon is also a 98 model.

what do you think about a 1999 suzuki esteem? - Its a small white car with relatively no major problems on the interior or running parts. it gets about 30 mpg (that is true right) and it has only 65,000 miles. They are only asking 2900. is that a good buy and is it a good car. i would rather have a toyota or honda but htose are to expensive for my wallet at the moment.
