HELLO sealing a hairline crack on a neon pythlon rubber radiator from a subaru 1992 SVX? - I bought a subaru 1992 SVX with a hairline crack on the neon pythlon rubber radiator. The former owner said that putting any type of sealant would NOT fix it, that it wouldn't stick or whatever. My neighbor says its BS and that if I let him scratch it up so that it would stick, that he's got just the stuff to seal it up. Should I let him scratch and seal or just seal? Or just spend the money and get a new radiator? Also whats the best sealant out there? Thanks. well I have to atleast try to seal it. Whats the best thing to use to seal it?

What do u guys think about the Subaru SVX as im planning to buy ? - Im planning to buy it this summer as my first car as im only 17 and only plan to buy it cause it looks good, wroth alot in the future, keep it during my college and senior high school years and have some good momment with it like ma first date, first kiss etc. ANd i plan to KEEP IT FOR A LONG ASS TIME AS ITS MY FIRST CAR AND MAYBE PASS IT ON TO MA FUTURE KIDS AS IT WOULD BE A COLLECTIBLE VECHILE so i was wondering what u guys think about the SVX and is it a good car for a student and his youthfull life ahead?

my 1992 subaru SVX gas guage says empty but I think its full how do I fix it? - I just bought the car recently, and one day I saw that it said empty! So I put about 30 dollars worth of gas in her, and she said full.Yippie! But not too far later the next day it said it was only half way full so I put about 7 dollars and it said full. Today it said empty then half way empty then empty again so I put another 7 dollars in it and now it says full!!! This is driving me crazy! What can I do to stop this? And the reason I only put 7 dollars in is because I am now paying for gas with a credit card and for some reason it stops pumping at 7 dollars why is that? Does the machine automatically stop pumping after 7 dollars on a credit card? Or does it stop automatically when it gets full?
