How do I know if my Subaru Legacy 1994 is AWD? - Hi, this may sound dumb but I am new to driving. I have bought a Subaru Legacy 1994 Sedan. I do not know if it is AWD or not. Is their anyway to find it out? I heard all Subaru cars are AWD. And is there any difference between AWD and 4WD?

With this little miles does anyone figure what could be wrong with it? Also has anyone had any history with this car? I know that subarus are supposed to be pretty reliable and run for a long time. Need help about buying 1996 Subaru Legacy 250T !?!?!?!? - Hey everyone, I've been looking at a 1996 Subaru Legacy 250T and took it in for a pre-purchase check up. According to the report, the front right crumple zone needs to be looked at/fixed, front brake balance fault, and the timing belt might need to be changed (its done 120,000km's and was changed at 57,000km's). 1.Does the cambelt really need to be changed? I only plan on having the car for a year and i'm not guna clock up major km's during this time. 2. Also i understand the other thigns need to be fixed but are they very important? Thanks

i'm thinking of buying a subaru legacy wagon with 181K miles...? - i've heard subarus can go up to 300,000 miles, and they're only asking 1500. i'm going to call him and ask if the car's been taken to a mechanic for a tuneup/buyer's check...i guess i'm looking for confirmation that this is a smart enough thing to do. thanks.

How hard is it to add fog lights to a subaru legacy wagon? - I just bought a '97 Subaru Legacy L Wagon and am very happy with just about all of it. One problem, I'm moving up to the foothills where they have crazy fog, so I need fog lights. Before I get started I wondered how hard is it to install fog lights from a kit? Also: Which kits are recommended? Are there kits with LED bulbs? Are LED bulbs recommended?

How do I get my 1998 Subaru Legacy AWD to get more than 12 MPG!! I should get 21 mpg. ? - I bought a 1998 Subaru Legacy Outback AWD - it has 85,000 and I only get 12 miles to the gallon. I get exactly 100 miles for half a tank of gas which comes out to about 12 mpg when I should be getting 21mpg. Any thoughts?

Where can I find an ash tray for my 2001 Subaru Legacy? - Jeez...I searched everywhere on the net and can't seem to come across anything. I bought my 2001 Subaru Legacy 2 months ago and there's a big gaping spot in my dash where the ash tray should belong. I really would like to fill that space. I'm having no luck finding one anywhere.
