Is it worth buying a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX sedan with 124K miles on it?

I am looking to buy a used 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX. I have found one that is reasonably priced within the Kelly Blue Book suggestion, but it has 124K miles on it. Is it worth buying?
