Options to negotiate when buying a New 2009 Scion tC?

I am going to buy a 2009 Scion tC tomorrow and I already know that scion cars are non negotiable but the options are. So what options should I work in there. Can I also get good buying car techniques that would help to. Thank you for future reference. Lots of detail would be appreciative.
