Saturn VUE Hybrid Questions & Answers from Yahoo! Answers
HELLO I just bought a 2008 Saturn Vue Hybrid with extended warranty. Did I get ripped off? - I just purchase a 2008 Saturn Vue Hybrid with 8000 miles on it. I was talked into buy the 5yr/60k extended warranty, along with the tire coverage. In total it costed me about $1200, which added around 30 bucks/ month to my payment. My question is do you think I got suckered in, or is this a good idea because it's a hybrid and parts may be more expensive. I plan to keep the vehicle for around 5 years. And also it there a way I can cancel this coverage and get my money back?

Saturn Vue 2008 Hybrid....how is it? - Can anyone tell me about the 2008 Hybrid Saturn Vue? I'm thinking about buying one, but I would like to hear from someone who owns one or has driven one enough to know what it's like. I'm specifically wanting to know about: Performance. Gas mileage. Interior passenger space. Cargo space. Anything you can tell me about it (pros and cons) would be helpful. Thank you.

I've got a 2007 Hybrid Vue that Saturn has agreed upoun buying back.? - The question here is should I go with the buy back and have a negative equity of 7000 or take their offer of 3000. I owe more than its worth so I just wanted to see what someone else thinks of the situation. AAK7 to add to what you wanted to know this vehicle is a lemon and falls under the lemon policy. That is why they are taking it back. The decision is mine though so just wanted to see what others thought. Ok the prior negative equity is coming from the car that I traded in before. My Attorney is assisting me in this situation and the rules of the state are that they will buy it back but there are factors such as mileage offset and current value of the car. The negative equity is about 7,000 that I would owe. Hope this makes it more clear. Again I'm looking for suggestions and so far you all have been helpful. I appreciate it.

Running car audio systems with a hybrid vechicle? - I am considering on buying a hybrid Saturn Vue Greenline. My only concern is this: is hooking up car audio systems (large amps and subs) in hybrid vehicles well documented/possible? If so, what are some good sites explaining this?

Where's Saturn??? When can I buy a Plug-In Vue Hybrid? - So GM has released press on the upcoming Vue Plug-In Hybrid. With the ability to drive 10 miles on just the lithium batteries, and get a combined 70 MPG I could really use a small SUV like that for my wife who never really drives more then 10 miles away. The first real two-mode GM hybrid will be released this fall as the Tahoe/Yukon. The Vue will be next and the then year after that hopefully a plug-in. GM's Volt is due to be released 2012 as an electric vehicle with onboard generator powered by a fuel cell, or a turbo gas engine, or possibly a turbo diesel. Anyone have any info? http://www.gm.com/company/gmability/adv_tech/100_news/hybrid-vue-113006.html http://www.gm.com/company/gmability/sustainability/reports/06/400_products/2_twenty/420.html Let me clairfy. Right Now GM has a "Hybrid" which is essentially a large alternator that can also help power the motor via the accessory belt. This is what you see in the current Vue GreenLine and the new Aura GreenLine. Teamed up with the 2.4L four cylinder you still get 34 MPG (pretty much the same as the Ford Escape Full Hybrid for less $$$). This first gen hybrid is good for a 20-25% mileage increase. The next gen GM hybrids are full 2-mode hybrids, this system was developed with BMW/Chrysler to be superior then anything from Honda/Toyota. This system includes two electric motors in the tranny with four planetary gears. The 2-mode hybrid will do great in the city (like the Prius) but also get better mileage on the highway (like the Honda Insight). The second gen hybrid is good for a 30-40% increase in mileage. Now I am asking about the Plug-In Hybrid. Which is the third iteration and which you should see as a 2010 model for 70mpg. This is what I am asking about!

how does thesaturn dealership work? - im looking into buying an '08 saturn Vue Hybrid, but Im under the impression you pay the sticker on these autos and nothing more. I need the experience of those who have purchased a saturn before. Do they sell at sticker price or is there some discounting on the sale?
