HELLO Who is buying Saturn? Any bets that it is going to be GM's pocket Chinese Company? - Now according to the great Obama - Government Motors will not be importing Chinese sub-compacts. They have Hummer and Saturn that they are selling. Since some Chinese company was lined up to make the small cars, I am sure they can get a loan from the Chinese government (using US treasuries as collateral) to buy one of them with an in-built set of dealers.

Is it worth buying a Sega Saturn in this day and age? - I'm looking for answers from people who aren't fanboys or fangirls. And before you suggest getting one of the new consoles, I already have a PS3, 360, Wii, DS, and PSP, and just bought a Dreamcast recently. I don't have the money for the expensive Sautrn games at the moment, but I found a system supposedly in great condition with 2 controllers and Daytona for $28.

Buying a new car between a saturn Ion and a Toyota Yaris? - They have some pretty good incentives on Saturns and I can get a GM discount and my girlfriends cousin has an 06 Ion and loves it. I test drove a Yaris and liked as well. I'm a little hesitant on buying a Toyota because I had kind of a sour experance with a Camry, lots of quality problems like creaks,rattles,and sensors. Thank god it was lease. I bought a used Buick a while back at a saturn dealer and really liked how easy they were, I liked how they didn't try to shove something down your throat(Honda dealers are awful at that).

I am thinking about buying a 1997 Saturn SL2. I have a concern about idling and broken windows. Help? - First off, I know very little about cars. I have an opportunity to purchase a 1997 Saturn SL2 with 140,000 miles on it but apparently is in good shape (runs well, looks good, etc.). I will be checking it out soon, but there are a few things I already know that I am wondering about. 1) The car evidently "idles high sometimes, takes a while to come back down... idles at 2000 rpms... if [I] wait a little, it'll come back down." Should I be worried? What does this mean? 2) The rear left window is broken. It's even taped on. I will check it out with a mechanic if indeed I am interested in actually buying this car, but I am wondering how much it generally would run me (a ballpark estimate) to repair this. Thank you for your help.
