I'm would like to decide between buying a 1995 993 cab or a 1994 968 cab as my first porsche? - This is my first porsche - and i'm aware of the maintaince costs of both. I'm 6'3ft and 40 yrs old and have been driving a manual (stick) volkwagens for nearly 20 yrs and been in love with porsches for almost as long.

Looking to buy a porsche 968 or 928S4/GT.. will be using it weekly in summers. Any suggestions: which and why? - I am looking for something reliable. I currently own a 1986 944 N/A, I have always done the upkeep and it has proven to be bulletproof reliable. By choosing a well maintained 968 or 928, I know the upkeep will be minimal yet somewhat costly, and the car should prove to be very reliable. But I am looking to know from someone firsthand their impressions on these watercoolers. They are about the same price (although 928 S4/GT are going for a bit more..) As I am looking to drive this car as often as possible in the summertime, I want a reliable, powerful ride. As economical as possible of course, although we are talking about two sports coupes. Best bang for the buck, best originality, best car...? Thanks for your input :)

Does anyone know where I can search for modifications by car? - I am planning on buying a Porsche 968 within the next few months. I'm looking to modify it with a turbo kit. I'm sure it'll be much cheaper than finding one of the 15 they only built as a turbo stock. Can anyone help me out here? I'd rather go with a 968 without a turbo than a 944. I've fallen in love with the 968.
