I bought a 98 oldsmobile Silhouette and the heat is not comming out very well. what else should I do? - I replaced the thermostat. Drained and refilled the coolant. The heater core hoses were warm to the touch. I am on a really tight budget so if anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

How do you adjust the rear wiper blade on a 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette? - We bought a used van yesterday, and while the rear wiper cycles, it does it "upside down" and it tries to sweep downward on the hatch instead of the glass. I think that the blade is supposed to rest pointing to the right instead of the left; that would fix it. How do I go about doing it? I tried taking off the nut on the outside but the assembly won't move.

I lost 3rd gear on my 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette MiniVan will a filter and fluid change fix the problem? - I checked the fluid and it was pretty brown but I didn't notice any metal shaving in the fluid. It has no problems in 1st, 2nd, or Reverse but it will go into 3rd if you floor it. Do you think that a simple tranny filter and fluid change will fix it?? And do you recommend buying that expensive high mileage(156,000) fluid if its woth doing?

'97 Oldsmobile Silhouette coolant issues? - Ok so my coolant has been leaking for awhile now I think atleast. About every 2 weeks I need to refill the coolant. I had been using "orange" coolant up till last refill. I really needed some coolant, as it was seriously effecting engine tempurature, so i bought some normal "green" coolant. Some 50\50 coolant, so i put it in and the engine temperature leveled off. But many people tell me you cant mix green and orange coolant.... so problem is i got a mix of 2 different coolants in a leaking coolant system?! Is this serious and what should i do?
