Has anyone bought a Nissan xterra computer chip that successfully increases speed and horse power? - I have a 2000 which I would like to add a little power to. I would preferably like to hear about anyone who has had a good experience with adding a charger to any 2000-2004 xterra. Please give me specifics on the driving differences, and what kind of chip it is/where you bought it.

how much would a supercharger be to buy and install on a 2006 nissan xterra? - i need speed in a car. my dad has a nissan xterra that i could buy from him and its fairly quick for an suv but most of its acceleration happens at the higher RPMs in that car. so i figure if i could bring power to the lower rpms by putting in a super charger it could go from a 7.5 second car 0-60 to about a 6 plus some other upgrades that i may put on it. my other option is just getting a used mustang GT or 350Z but i would be paying more since i could buy my dads xterra for cheap. probably less than 15 grand.

What is the purpose of the Panic button on my keyless entry for my Nissan Xterra. Is it an alarm? - I just bought a 2002 Nissan Xterra and since I have always driven old cars with manual everything, this is the first time I have ever used a keyless entry remote. There is a panic button and when I hit it the horn beeps until I turn it off. Also, on the inside of the truck there is a red light that blinks and it says the word security above the light. Is this supposed to be an alarm system. If so, how does the alarm get triggered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Can I get Sirius Unit with the Technology package on the 2008 Nissan Xterra? - Apparently, even after the merger, it will be years before you can get Sirius channels on XM units and Vice Versa. I am buying a 2008 Nissan Xterra with the technology package. It comes standard with XM...is it possible to have the dealership swap it to a Sirius radio? Or is there a convertor type cable I can buy? Where would I buy it? Thanks!!!
