How much does it cost to repair or replaced a new clutch on a 1996 Nissan 200sx? Thank.? - I'm trying to buy a 1996 Nissan 200sx and the gears are kind of hard according to the owner and you really have to push the clutch really deep. So best if the clutch is replaced completely to avoid problems. would this cost between the $500-1500 range including labor??

What is the performance potential in a Nissan 200SX? - My friend found a Nissan 200SX and he is interested in buying it and fixing it up. I don't want to see him disappointed later on down the line when it isn't as fast as he wanted it to be. I'm not very educated on Nissans so I thought I would ask you guys. Can you do any engine swaps like you can with the 240SX or anything like that?? So you can do an engine swap?

If i buy aftermarket tail lights for a 98 nissan sentra will they fit my nissan 98 200sx? - I have a 1998 nissan 200sx. I cant find any tail lights for any 200 and i was wondering if the sentra lights would fit since its basically the same car???

Can some one quote an approximate price to do an engine rebuild on a 1996 Nissan 200sx se? - My Nissan 200sx has over 140k miles on it and I dont think it is going to go much further. I have been considering rebuilding the engine and extending its life rather than buying a new car. Does anyone out there have a good idea of how much I am going to be spending if I hire a mechanic to do the job?

nissan 200sx? - I want to buy a 1997 nissan 200sx.The owner says it will not pass emissions because the check engine light is on from 02 sensor. Is this a problem and what would I need to do to fix it?

Is there a good Turbo kit out there for a 1996 Nissan 200SX SE-R? - Hi, I am in the process of buying my first car. I have found a Nissan 200SX for dirt cheap, which is actually in good shape. I am curious as to what I can do to it to increase horsepower, and torque. It weighs next to nothing, which is why it would be a great car with a little more juice. ;) I asked about Turbo kits specifically because it is a good bang-for-your-buck. I am also open to other modifications if you can think of any that will keep the weight down. I have about $1500 to put into performance modifications right away, so please keep that in mind when answering. Also, please remember this is my first car, and that I don't appreciate comments like: "That car is lame", or "OMG n00b". I really want a serious answer. Thanks very much. :) I figured that a Turbo would probably be a bit out of that price range. ($1500)=\ Remember that I am open to other modifications as well. ;) Tim has a good answer, i may pick him. ;)
