Buying an Mercedez Benz C32 AMG, need help with CARFAX?

I am looking to buy a used C32 AMG Mercedes Benz, the dealer had a link to an open Carfax report. It looks as if I will be the 4th owner.
Do you guys see anything fishy with the CarFax? I will of course get a thorough Mechanic Inspection along with taking her for a spin. Here is the carfax report:

It looks like the car was at one point a Corporate Fleet car and then it was leased for the remainder. Any tell tale signs?
It lists for 18.5, has ~49k miles on it, think the dealer will take 16.5?
