I was wondering on buying a 1989 Mazda RX 7 Turbo, it has 100 K Miles should I buy it ? - The car has 100k miles its a Turbo and he is selling it for $ 3,500. What should I know before buying an RX-7? - I'm thinking about buying a Mazda RX-7, but I've heard conflicting stories on this one. I'm not mechanically inclined so I couldn't work on a rotary engine myself. My buddy told me all rotary engines have to be rebuilt around 90,000 Km, and that it costs roughly 8 grand. Is this true? What do I need to know before I buy this car... and do you guys recommend it?

Would a Mazda RX-7 be a good car to race with? - I can either get a Mazda RX-7 with 33,000 miles on it for $19,500 or a Toyota Supra that has 82,000 miles on it for $17,000. I'm probably going to have to buy the Mazda because I keep getting told that 80,000 miles on a car makes it too old. Would the RX-7 be able to achieve around 600hp when modified?

I have a 1981 Mazda RX-7 I bought for my daughter, and it wont excellerate? - The car will idle and start without any problems. Once I put it in gear to move it, it dies immediately or if I even step on the gas to rev it up it dies. I have changed the fuel filter, cleaned out the gas tank (it sat for 2 years), but nothing seems to make it better. What else do I need to do?

I have a 86 Mazda RX-7, that has no accelaration What do I Do? - We just bought a 86 Mazda RX-7 with a B-13 Rotory engine, the transmition seems to be good but there is no accelaration, it shoots out white smoke and the engine runs poorly, my dad thinks its a fuel filter and a air intake leak, I'm more on it just needs some new plugs and wires, What do yall think could be wrong with it? no it seems to run haveway desent it just lakes power it sounds like it has a really bad miss.

What are common problems on 1987 Mazda RX-7's? - I'm looking into buying a 1987 Mazda RX-7 GXL its a 5 speed N/A and it has 127,000 miles on it I was looking into restoring it and making it into a week end car. It needs body work because the rear wheel wells are a little roted and the front fenders are dented also the seats need to be redone. Is $1,000 a good price or should I try to get him down to like $800 How will I know if the engine is blown what test can I do to check it. I can't drive the car because its not registered and its parked along side a main road.
