HELLO Is This Mazda Mx-6 Worth Buying.? - I AM LOOKING TO BUY A 1993 MAZDA MX-6 WITH 140,000 MILES ON IT FOR $2000. EVERYONE IS TELLING ME DIFFRENT THINGS ABOUT WETHER OR NOT THE CAR IS WORTH BUYING. EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE CAR LOOKS AND RUNS GOOD BUT IS IT WORTH GETTING AT THAT PRICE. AND HOW LONG DOES A MAZDA THAT OLD LAST FOR AND DO THEY HAVE TRANS PROBLEMS.

I'm thinking of Buying a mazda MX-6 and wondering if there has been typical electrical prob's of these cars??? - I am looking at a 93' Mazda MX-6..and I'm getting a smokin deal on it. I was beginning to change my mind and went searching for another vehicle and came across another MX-6..same year..and it is also EXTREMELY cheap for the condition and also has the same type of minor issues as the one I'm already looking at. i.e. the tachometer (the mileage?) anywho..I'm curious as to why all these cars are so cheap if their owners are claiming they are in such good condition..which they look great, driving and the such. But why do cheap when they blue book for 3k!?!? And why the tachometer with TWO cars of the same year and maker..? If anyone has ever had this car and has had "certain" issues or similar..I would happy to hear from you..ANY feedback. Thank you!!

Is a Mazda MX-6 a good car to modify? - I was thinking of modifying a Mazda MX-6, well buying one, then doing mods. I notice not alot of people have them and the one's with mods look pretty nice, I'm just wondering if they are pretty good are far as modding goes, could I get some decent output and whatnot? Also would the 4cyl or V-6 be better, gas mileage significantly decreases with the V-6, I know that much. Anywho, if you have any insight or perhaps some websites with mods for the MX-6, let me know. Obviously I'd get an RX-7 if I could afford one, lol. Also, I'd prefer no idiotic responses, gas mileage is always a concern when you're living in 2007. Simpletons, eh.

What are Mazda MX-6 OEM brake pads made from? How does it compare to Acura TSX pads? Got 80k miles from Mazda. - This is more curiosity than actual problem. The Mazda OEM pads were quiet and lasted forever (got 72k from the first set and seriously about 100k with the second set). It was a manual transmission and I am very efficient with brake use. I was just wondering how this would compare with the 2004 Acura TSX I just bought (automatic). Shop personnel who actually know only please.

Is there a transmission problem with this 1996 Mazda MX-6? - I just looked at this Mazda I want to possibly buy for $900. It's a 4-cylinder with automatic transmission and 126,000 miles (paint is horrible). When driving there is a noticeable jerk when shifting in the higher gears. Does anyone know anything about this?

Mazda MX-6 1995 Keyless remote programing.? - i bought a Mazda mx6 and when i locked myself inside i manualy opened the lock and the alarm went off, so i figured the car most have had a remote, i went on Ebay and i bought a remote http://img89.imageshack.us/my.php?image=51kbvx21bnlsl160aa160ed7.jpg Than i had to program it so i fallowed the instructions on http://www.mx6.com/forums/2g-mx6-projects-faq/69253-how-programming-keyless-entry-remotes-mx-6-93-97-a.html but the car did not respond to it. Does anyone know how to program the car to lock unlock with the remote i bought or any other information will help. If the keyless entry system is aftermarket. how can i find out what kind and how to program it.

where can i buy an air separator tank for a 1995 mazda mx-6??? - The one i have is leaking and i need a new one. what website can i go to that will have it. i dont want to go to junkyards since this car is not around anymore!!
