HELLO How can I find a fan clutch for a 1964 Lincoln Continental? - My fan clutch recently went down on my 1964 Lincoln Continental. I bought a fan clutch but the mechanic says the holes on the fan clutch were not matching with the holes on the water pump (I believe that's what he said). Need help on how I can get this part replaced and where can I get good parts for old cars like this.

interior lights go on in 97 lincoln continental for no reason and door says its ajar, how do i fix this? - The lights in my car go on at the most random times. I could hit the gas while driving and they go on. I just bought a 97 Lincoln Continental with 64,000 miles drives great. The lights go on and it says door ajar when the door isn't open. Any suggestions how to stop this? Also should I be using premium gas?

found a 98 lincoln continental and thinking about buying it...does anyone know anything about them? - Such as are they reliable and are they expensive for repairs? the 98 only has 60000 miles on it and I pulled the car fax on it thinking it was to good to be true...Carfax came back totally supporting the seller...and showed it was regurally given oil changes and well maintained...seller also got a full diagnostic last week on it and all looks good...I am in love with this car...and since I get accused of driving like a grandma. : ) I have decided to take the plung and buy it....thankyou for responding...and still would love to hear what others think...Lil Red
