Lincoln Aviator or Toyota 4runner? - I just got my license and as my first car I got a 2004 aviator with 82k miles on it. But since my first choice of a car is a 4runner I am planning on selling the aviator and buying a 2001 4runner with the money i made. I think this is the better decision because 4runners I believe are more reliable and just a more fun car. Any feedback?

2003 Lincoln Aviator 6 disc cd player/navigation always freezing? - We just bought a 2003 lincoln aviator and noticed that the cd player is always freezing up. I will try to load a cd into it and it will just freeze and the face will not go back up. It does have the navigation in it to so when it freezes the screen wont work either. we have to turn the car off then turn it back on to get it to work, but it will just freeze again. Is anyone else having these problems with an aviator? Also where can I go to get an update for the navigation system? It is software version 03.10 and database version v00.01.07. Thanks for your help!

How long should my Lincoln Aviator last? Lifespan? - I bought a 2005 Lincoln Aviator SUV with 38k miles in it, in near-perfect condition. I've had the car a year and have had to put four new brake pads and two new rotars on it (my driving habits are not the best!)...still, I plan to take care of the car very well and maintenance it as indicated by Lincoln. If I continue to take good care of my car, how long (mileage) should I reasonably expect to get out of this car? Also, does anyone know what the average life of brake pads should be for an SUV like this? I live in Los Angeles, so the weather is mostly mild to warm. Thanks much!
