2007 Ford Mustang GT or 2006 Lexus LS 430? - So I bought a used silver 07 mustang gt last year with my life savings (since 3rd grade till fish yr college lol) which now has 15k miles on it. My dad drives a white 06 ls 430 which he is about to replace with a BMW. The Lexus has 41k miles on it. My dad asked if I want his Lexus, then he would trade-in the mustang towards his new car. Should I take the deal? I mean I'm in college and I don't want chicks to be turned off by a boring white lexus (sad reason i know but cmon...raging hormones haha). But lexus is a gr8 luxury car n reliable so i'm not sure. What would you guys do?

Should I be careful when purchasing a car through an escrow service from someone outside the US? - I am looking at purchasing a car from a gentleman in the UK. It is a 2004 Lexus LS 430, which retails for $38K but that he is selling for $6,500. Seems too good to be true. He says he is going through a divorce and just wants to sell it fast. He has it set up through fortis escrow/DAS. He also claims he will give me a 5 day test period upon delivery before making any decision. He says he will pay shipping and return shipping if I don't like it. I'm worried I'm being thrown over. I want to do this through my bank so that hopefully, they will catch any fraud. If anyone has any other suggestions on research I can do or things I should be careful of, please let me know. If this deal is for real, I'm making one hell of a profitable buy. Thanks!
