HELLO I am thinking about buying a Jaguar S-type and i want to know if i should? - I want to know if i should because some people say that it isnt that good because of the costly parts. I am thinking of buying a S-type 2002. I want to know if that car had any recalls or defects. I also would like to know if it is costly to fix or repair anything on it or if that is just what people say.

Buying a Jaguar S Type 2001? - I am buying a used car and I found a 2001 Jaguar s type with 75K, my wife thinks thats unpractical, she likes a 2004 Jetta. is she right? My thought is that the Jag which has similar miles and is the same price as the jetta is a better deal. Other options that are a little more expensive are a 2008 chrysler sebring, 2007 dodge caliber or 2004 Lincoln LS

Buying a 2000 Jaguar S-Type? - I love the look of the Jaguar S-Type and am considering a 2000 Jaguar S-Type 3.0 with 118k miles on it, for around $5,500. I know no car is perfect and repairs/maintenance is all part of car ownership, but would this car be a bad move or should I go for it? Thanks!
