How much does it cost to repair car window and door handle on GEO Tracker? - I am thinking about buying a 1995 GEO Tracker for sale by the owner and am hoping to trim a few hundred off the $1500 sale price. On my initial walkaround, the only faults I noticed were that the driver side inside door handle doesn't work (you have to reach out and open it from the outside) and the windows can't roll up all the way. I haven't done a test drive yet, but can anyone tell me how much it might cost just to repair the inside door handle and both windows so they roll up and down? Are these repairs I (a novice) can do myself with the proper time, parts and instructions? Also, the window handle on the passenger side is missing the top piece--can that be easily and cheaply fixed or replaced?

Is a Geo Tracker considered a car or truck for license plate purposes? - I bought a 1991 Geo Tracker and was wondering if I could transfer my Michigan license plate from my car to the Tracker or do I have to buy a new plate for the Tracker? Just wondering if anyone knows if the Tracker is considered as a car; on the vehicle title it says that it is a convertible? It has a removeable top and is similar to a jeep.

what motor can i fit in my 94 geo tracker? - ok im about to buy this geo tracker for gas milage...well when my job picks up and my world spins right again...then ima make it a mud bug....it has the 1.8 4 banger right now...it 4x4...what motors can i get to bolt in that tracker???and will i need a different tranny??or can i use my stock 1??oh its 5 speed if that matters...

1996 Geo Tracker? - I'm looking to buy my first car, and was wondering if anyone could tell me if buying a Geo Tracker would be a good thing.
