HELLO Ford LTD Crown Victoria Trim Packages? - I just bought a 1987 Ford LTD Crown Victoria LX 2 door. I was wondering what came with the LX package as opposed to the base? And is there anything higher then the LX package? Thanx!!

1990 Ford LTD Crown Victoria 302 5.0L Tuning? - I have a 1990 Ford LTD Crown Victoria 302 5.0L. This car sat for 3 years before i started driving it, and I was wondering if there are any things on the car that i should check. Also is there anything I could do or buy (cheap) that would give it just a bit more power? It feels like it has power, but it just feels like its not getting good compression. Any Suggestions? My crown victoria won't start? - I have a ford crown victoria ltd 1988 with a 5.0L v8, and it won't start. It's been in the garage for a while, then i took it out last month and it started at the first try. Now that I'm going to use it, it won't start for some reason. The engine receives gas, the battery is good and i just bought spark plugs hoping it would solve the problem. I found a cable that was disconnected and i never seen it before so i hooked it up to the - part of the battery to see what it did and i found out that it was for the fuel pump. It acts like it wants to start but it won't it will just keep doing that for a long time. Do you know what i can do so it will start? if you need more details just tell me and i'll put more.

Anybody here want to help me with buying a car? - I am trying to rid of a almost dead '85 Ford Crown Victoria Ltd for my elderly but energetic mother and I would like some advice/suggestions on very good used fuel-efficent passenger cars that are newer than '98 models but no newer than '05 models in the US. I am still researching but I would like to know more of what brands and specific cars I should look at that you may suggest that are worth the money and maybe the car insurance rates also.

Should I buy a 1986 Ford LTD Country Squire? - A couple days ago I drove by a small dealership and found what seemed to be a great deal at a small car dealership, it was a Ford LTD Country Squire, it was a 1986 and well I could not see anything physically wrong with it except for a little bit of chipped paint the interior is absolutely flawless and when I turned it on in the dealership it made no weird sounds or anything, this thing is as strong as a tank and can seat 16, it has less than 100 K miles on it and it will sell for 3 grand, now I have always been a classic car enthusiast however since this car doesn't exactly classify as a classic I do not know too much about it, I would find it very helpful if anyone would share their past experiences owning a Ford LTD or Crown Victoria built in 1986 and how reliable it is and weather or not it is a good car for someone who doesn't want to work on the car much
