I'm interested in buying a 2008 Ford Explorer, but worry what will happen if Ford is not "bailed out"-thoughts?

With all the great incentives, it seems like a great time to buy a Ford Explorer. My only concern is what happens to my warranty, etc. Ford is not "bailed out"?
