HELLO where can i find a powersteering pump for a 94 ford aerostar? - just bought this 94 ford aerostar for my gf and now it seems that maybe the powersteering has gone out fluid is full its like a car with no powersteering at all HELP!!!!!!!

Anyone have an opinion on the Ford Aerostar (97)? - Thinking of buying a used Ford Aerostar with high (unknown) mileage. Coca Cola fleet vehicle. Really wanted the Chevy Astro Cargo but keep getting outbid on eBay. This Ford is $1250. Any opinions? V6, auto, cage, am fm, w/air

What is your thought on a 95 Ford Aerostar? - I was thinking of buying a 95 Ford Aerostar. "This isn't a Ford vs Chevy thing". Even though I do prefer Chevy and Dodge, but my car died and I am in need of another vehicle. This ford is priced right and would be big enough to hold my family. Just wanted to hear from others who own, or have owned an Aerostar Well, because I said "Priced right".. I live in "low income" area. I have less than $1,000.00 to spend on a vehicle. Newer models are hard to come by. I lost my job because the last car broke a timing belt, transmission needing replaced as well as the muffler, and radiator. Even if I had my old job I was making $125.00 a week "if I were lucky". So, that is why. I'm also a full time college student with two children and in need of a vehicle asap.

is that a pressure relief valve on the top and back of my ford aerostar ac compressor? - It looks like a large schrader valve and is leaking the freon out . Can it be repalced and where do you buy it?

valve cover problems for ford 4.0 aerostar? - I need to replace or repair the valve covers on my 1993 ford aerostar 4.0 engine. Old ones have rusted through at the base! Can't seem to find new or used anywhere. Any ideas? I am located in Niagara Ontario Canada so if there are any local / quick delivery available that would be great. Can I buy any kind of coating like epoxy to repair the originals?

My 1990 Ford Aerostar won't start in the cold? - 1990 Ford Aerostar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 142000 miles My aerostar sat for a year before i bought it. i have had it less then a year. After a cold night it will not start. It trys to and I usually have to keep trying to start it for a long time. It trys and turns over a couple times until it finally starts. Sometimes i have to try so long to start it I kill the battery and have to recharge it and try again till it starts. The gas gauge doesn't work. I don't know if that has any relating problem. I replaced the fuel filter. I also change the oil when its needed. Other then that i have no idea. I've stopped trying to start it recently cause it's wasting my battery power. So it has sat for a little longer then 2 weeks. I was told to replace the spark plugs, cap, and rotor. But that was only a guess of what to replace, any definite solutions?

ford aerostar getting "pimped" out? - my grandfather had a stroke and he had a 1994 ford aerostar that he put a lot of work into. well he is now getting rid of it and my mother asked me if i wanted to buy it cuz she would like to keep it in the family. so i said yes but im goin to repaint it tear out the back (since it was a work van theres nothing but shelves in the back.) and paint the walls and put a floor down and put in 2 seats and a tv. so i want to know what everyone thinks. i am very into cars and redoing them and whatnot. its a hobby of mine. let me know what you think or any ideas you have. yeah my grandfather just put in a new transmission and redid the whole thing
