Just bought a 2005 Dodge Ram Power Wagon. 13.5 miles to the gallon on the highway at 60-65. Anyone else getting the same mileage with this truck?

Ok, bought a 92 Dodge Ram Van, is is super long, so what I am wondering is, does that make it a Ram Van wagon? How do I tell if my van is heavy duty (HD)? It says that is has a heavy duty transmission. I am just trying to get the right tires on it. One website tells me that it takes 225/75 R16, and that is the size it has on it. Another place tells me to get 235/85 R16. If you have any insight in this let me know!
It has a 360 5.9L engine if that helps at all.
And I also need to know is, will I be able to use the same rims even if I get 235/85 R16. I have 8 lug tires.
