Need Advice....I am planning to buy a 2005 Chevrolet classic with 103000 Miles,,some friends say it is not ..? - advisable to take a chevrolet above 100k miles, .This seller has brought the car from auction with the previous owner being a rental company and a private owner.The kbb is around 3900 $ .Car fax is clean.Do you think I should go for this car? What things should I check before finalizing this car. My previous car was a Nissan Altima and I have no idea about the reliability of a Chevrolet.Please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Does a Car Dealership have to inform you if the car you are buying has been in a wreck? - We just bought a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu Classic. We took it to a body shop to be looked at and checked out, and was told it had been wrecked. But, they did a pretty good job fixing it. I would like to know what the laws are on this.

Chevrolet Caprice Classic Door Sills? - Hello, I own a 1988 Chevrolet Caprice Classic. I want new door sills. New ones would be great, but that's probably not going to be possible. In my local area there is a 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 selling for $9,900. What do I need to look for on it? - I have already looked at and it appears to be very good condition. I even test drived and it handle pretty well. I am new to buying classics, so what do I need to look for specificly? Later I will be taking pictures if that would help. I just want to make sure this car doesnt sound to good to be true for such a price. Any advice would help.

Should I buy a classic car as a daily driver? - I'm 20 and have a little extra cash on my hands and want a different vehicle. My dream car is a 1982 Chevrolet Corvette Collector's Edition. I found one at a local dealership within my price range. It's got around 55,000 miles. I Carfax'd it and it came back clean. Would it be a bad purchase? Does anyone know some of the typical faults of this particular year of corvette? What should I ask/look for when viewing the car?

i want to buy a '53 chevrolet pickup truck. where can i get 1 in australia? - i am looking for a my first car and i want a old classic (technically a 1953 chevrolet pickup truck just to be exact) but i can only find the sort i want over in america where they won't ship it over. does anyone know where i can get one in australia or at least from someone who is willing to sell and ship one over here to queensland?
