Does a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier have a timing belt that needs to be changed every 100, 000 kms ? - I am looking at buying a 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier. It has 82,000 Kms. on it and was a fleet vehicle. Buying a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier with high mileage? - (I'm searching for my first car) It is the LS coupe model, meaning it has power windows, locks, etc. The current mileage is around 109,411. The dealer is asking $2,998, but I would like to talk them down to somewhere around $2,500 if possible. Is a Chevrolet cavalier a guy or girl car? - Im a guy and im interested in buying a black chevorlet cavalier i have the option of buying a coupe or sedan. So do you think a cavalier is an okay car for a guy to be driving. I have heard they are great on gas and i have seen many straight guys driving cavaliers. I need something used at a good price . I also want something that does not use alot of gas. This car will be used to drive to high school every day. And if i do buy the cavalier should i buy the coupe or sedan.

2005 Chevrolet Cavalier safety? - Hi! I am interested in buying a 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier/Pontiac Sunfire, but I looked at the safety ratings and they weren't that great. Both cars got poor ratings for front impact and poor ratings for side impact with a safety concern. I like both cars in every other way (looks, etc.) and don't really need refinement, both the ratings do cause me ask this question. What do you think? Should I scrap the idea of buying these cars?

body kit for my 96 Chevrolet Cavalier 4 door? - i am planing on buying a body kit for my 4dr 96 Chevrolet Cavalier, but after looking threw sites i'v noticed that all the cars are 2 doors and every bodykit description say's "Fits On: 95-99 Chevrolet Cavalier 2DR". I was wondering if they will fit right on a 4 door the same way as a 2 dr would.

Good car graphics for a Chevrolet Cavalier? - I just bought a 2002 Chevy. Cavalier, and I'm looking for some black graphics to put down the side. However, I have yet to stumble over any good websites at first glance. Does anyone know of any good sites that sell graphics, decals, and things of that matter at a decent price? For now, just some black decals to compliment the gold paintjob. Eventually, I plan to get a back spoiler and a good stereo system.
