2010 buick lacrosse price? - Now I don't know how many of you know the new price for the new 2010 buick lacrosse. What I would like to know is will it be the same as it is now? or will it go up. Because I do like the car and it's top on my list. I can buy the 2009 for as cheap as $29,450 here in canada and would be upset if that price will go up. Any accurate news about this that I can find?

2005 Buick Lacrosse with "loss of power." Brought it in several times to dealer with no luck. Advice - I put a BUNCH of miles on my car -- have a 68-mile commute one way. So, my 2005 Lacrosse just went out of the extended warranty (102k miles). From day one, this car has had a hesitation upon acceleration -- kind of like a fuel line issue. The RPMs go way down (it's even stalled twice) and pushing the gas pedal does nothing. It will "catch" after a few seconds and then take off normally. Can't find a correlation between where I buy gas or the weather temp or conditions or really anything. It's so sporatic that the dealer hasn't been able to fix it -- they can't make it happen. But, as soon as I drive off their lot, it does it again. One time and one time only, I did get a blinking check engine light. I called OnStar to get them to run a diagnostics while the light was blinking. The only thing that they could tell me is that it was getting a "loss of power" error. So, anyone else out there own a 2005 Lacrosse or have any idea what's up with this lemon of a car??? The dealer has looked over the fuel system; I've added fuel injector cleaner to it; I've added gas treatment; the dealer changed out the catalytic converter. Can't think of what else to try.

Buying a new automobile question? - If you were looking to buy a new automobile (2007 or 2008)--but not an SUV or a truck (and definitely not a foreign make), what would you pick? Your limit is around $25,000. I'm thinking of a Buick LaCrosse or a Chevy Impala. Are there any sedans that are 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive? What do you think about buying a hybrid?--I hear that some states give rebates on those.

My 2005 Buick LaCrosse stutters and now has the engine light on. Any ideas? - It has stuttered since I first bought the car. It's very intermittent, so hard for the dealership to diagnose. It seems to happen more going around corners where I don't have to stop (like a right turn lane). They once replaced the catalytic converter, but that didn't do a thing. Sometimes, it hesitates so bad that it stalls. It's not a transmission issue, as the tachometer doesn't race when it's stuttering. It seems to be a fuel delivery issue. Now that the engine light is on, though, I'd really like to get it fixed. It's now out of warranty, though. I'd hate to spend money diagnosing a problem that's impossible to track down. Any ideas? Oh, the code is pretty general: emissions issue

Chalk markings on engine components? - I have a 2005 Buick Lacrosse I bought used with only 5,500 miles on it. I noticed under the hood that all the spark plug wires have a single purple chark mark on them. The car runs great, but I was curious if anyone knows what these markings are.
