2007-09-02 11:37:59 Which SUV to buy? 2010 Buick Enclave, 2009 Lexus RX 350 or 2008 Mercedes ML 350? Have $40K budget.? - I need help in deciding which SUV to buy. I have been considering three SUVs that fit my budget. 1. 2008 Mercedes ML 350 with leather, Nav and Sunroof. No rear entertainment system. 2. 2010 Buick Enclave CXL. Fully loaded. Leather, Nav, Rear entertaainment, power sunroof, 7 seats, etc. 3. 2009 Lexus RX 350 with Leather, Sunroof. All of three cars are around $40K. Lexus and Mercedes have 20K miles. Please help ASAP. 2009-10-27 20:43:15 2008 Buick Enclave Extensive Rust Problem... What To Do? - Last June, almost exactly a year ago, my dad bought a Buick Enclave fully loaded with the exception of the DVD player and paid to get the leather seats protected and the car rust proofed etc. When we bought it, it was a few months old and they had to drive it in from about 200 km away. A few weeks ago I washed it and discovered tiny freckle sized specks of rust. They were all over the lower body panels and I was furious,... but then my dad went to get the car serviced today because my dad was getting concerned about the noise that the brakes were making so when he went to go pick it up the mechanic said that he's never seen a car so rusted under there like that. He thought we used it off road, but WE NEVER HAVE! We live in a city, and we don't use it for off road purposes, and you'd be surprised to know that the mileage on the car is only 10,000 km! The car cost $60,000 CAD,... what can we do? Is there anything at all? I know that once rust starts to form, the only way to get rid of it is to replace the panels, but you can't do that to the undercarriage of a car! No flood, and its ussually parked in the garage unless my moms moes shpooing or to work. Winters here are weak althought this winter packed quite a bit and there were light patched on the car from the salt, but i washed them of as soon as i saw it,... 2009-06-08 17:11:38 What do Seniors think of Rosie and her Buick Enclave? - I asked this question in Polls & Surveys and didn't get any real answers--just one rant against Rosie O'Donnell. I think Seniors may have better insight into this situation than the general P&S group. Many celebrities and other rich folks don't seem to be in touch with the real world as the rest of us know it--kinda' like Marie Antoinette suggesting that starving peasants eat cake. They seem woefully self-absorbed and narcissistic. Rosie O'Donnell says she hopes to film again in Detroit after doing her new movie for Lifetime. I applaud her desire to do another movie there. That's the kind of thing that can really help the economy there. Then she told the reporter that she "has been so moved by Detroit's plight that she bought a Buick Enclave..." 'Scuse me? She spent $40,000 or so on a luxury car to sympathize with Motor City residents? Wouldn't that money have been better spent with a donation to a food pantry or homeless shelter? She could even have given $10,000 to each of 4 deserving people on the verge of losing their homes. Rosie O'Donnell is not a stupid person. She couldn't have amassed the money and power she has if she were. So, what is your opinion? 2009-03-01 15:42:06 Question on a 2009 Buick Enclave.? - I bought a 2009 Buick Enclave CXL AWD. I noticed when I hit a bump in the road a certain way there is a clunk in the steering colum. It doesn't happen all the time. Any ideas? Thanks. 2009-08-18 05:41:53 Ordering a Buick Enclave brochure? - hey, i'm wanting to buy the 2010 Buick Enclave so i looked up the brochure on the website. i was gonna print it out, but it was 22 pages. aka, too many colorful pages for me to print lol so i was wondering if there was some way that i could maybe order it ovr the mail so i wont have to print & stuff...for free plz... thx yall ;) 2009-10-27 14:52:49 what are all the bad things and downsides to a buick enclave? - might buy one but want to no more plz tell me everythin you no 2008-04-12 14:36:49 Are AWD/ 4WD models of cars usually quicker than their 2WD counterparts? For example, the Buick Enclave/Acadia? - Which is faster 0-60. Which would you buy when looking at the GMC Acadia and Enclave? 2008-10-09 15:06:43 Anyone have a Buick Enclave with 50 thou miles or more? - I just bought one and absolutely love it. Traded it in for a 08 Hyundai Veracuz because I was not satisfied with the warranty problems and the dealers. The car was ok but the quality of the Buick is far and away 10 times better. I do a lot of driving as a salesman so I want to know how does thing hold up? The internet shows lots of excellent reviews and thats the main reason I bought this after doing a lot of research. I put about 50-55k miles per year. TIA 2008-01-23 10:17:44 thinking about buying a new car, either a large sedan or crossover? - I'm interested in a toyota avalon or equivalent or a buick enclave or equivalent, so higher end vehicles but not a lexus of mercedes. I think its a good time to buy, but can't convince myself to drop my old beater (that's paid off, running, had a recent tune-up and brake job which was not cheap, but has 155k miles, is 13 years old, and has the subtle scent of poop and baby formula from my kids). I'm interested in advice as to whether I should buy a new car, settle for a newer used car, what a good price on these cars would be, how much you loved replacing a car that smelled like poo with a new car, etc. Whatever you have an opinion about, let me know (I already recognize that keeping my old beater on the road that smells like poo it the wise move financially, but even Suze Orzman would green light my buying a car). 2008-08-23 19:23:05 |
