HELLO Thinking of buying a BMW Z3 Roaster - Is it a good car? - I fell in love with the BMW Z3 when I was about 10 years old when I saw it in the movie GoldenEye, and I've always had it on my "buy list." But if I buy a 1997 -2000 Roaster for $6,000-$10,000, am I throwing my money away on a car that is going to break down in 2 years?

Is it cost effective to buy a BMW z3 which is 1999-2000 model with 70K miles? - I love BMW Z3, but cannot afford a new one. I am planning to buy a 1999-2000 model. My friends say that it will cost me a lot in repairs, and that I am better off buying a newer model or honda or something, and buy a new Z3 when I can. Are there any Z3 owners who can give me any guidence. Any comments is greately appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone own a BMW Z3 from 5 years old to new i am thinking of buying one and need the low down on them? - i would like to know how they run, drive and what they are like on fuel? i have been told around 30-35mpg depends on engine i am only looking around a 2.0ltr nothing higher what did you have?

BMW z3 2000 Maintenance costs and spare part price difference from toyota's? - I am looking into buying a BMW Z3 2000. What are typical maintenance costs for this car (i.e. tune-up, oil change, brakes, tires, etc.) Also, do you haveto take it to the BMW dealer to get an oil change or will a local jiffy lube do it?

Recently bought BMW Z3...? - I need some parts for it such as a new soft top, seats, inside door panel etc. So far all the parts websites i've seen have only had generic parts that can be bought at AutoZone. Does anyone know of any good websites for car parts? p.s. Bavarian Motorsport mag is way over-priced and I don't want anything from junkyard! And fuck eBay lol

I just bought my son a 1998 BMW Z3 with 120000 miles on it but performance? - OK this is a car i heard is suitable for him 2 seats 1.9l and good reliable car if taken car of but my question is camshaft sensor needs to be replaced and brakes and tires and this huge leaks from oil and power steering when you fix all this will the performance be better because now i feel it lacks power how can i fix that?
