HELLO Im looking @ buying this used 98 Acura CL but it needs the solenoids on the transmission to be replaced? - How much is this gonna cost? I dont want to have to replace the entire transmission. Kelly Blue Book is $3295 and the guy's willing to take $2200...Is it worth it? (Also needs: Transmission flush, fluid change and cleaning of filter)

How do I turn on the fog lights on a 2002 Acura CL Type-S? - I bought a 2002 Acura CL a few days ago and I noticed that it has fog lights underneath the head lights. I looked all over the manual but I can't find a way to actually turn them on. Does anyone know how to turn it on?

How Easy Is It To Replace Hood On 98 Acura CL? - I Just bought a 98 acura cl, the body is in excellent shape except for the hood that has a dent in it. Im thinking of getting a new hood from but dont really want to pay to have it install so I wanted to know if its difficult to replace the hood or if its worth paying to have it installed.

Is Acura 2001 cl S type worth buying ($5,200)(123K), knowing all the Reported tranny problems by Consumers? - My previous car was 1999 Acura cl, never had major problems, placed 130K and sold it in good condition (Face Value). And before that, I had a Toyota Camry that had 235K until it was stolen. The 2000s Acura's cl's & tl were supposedly built in the US. That may or may not factor into the tranny durability.

I'm buying an ACURA 3.0 CL, 1998 make, 98000 miles, coupe, leather interior, well maintained. Price is $5600 - I drove the car and it was nice. I am aware of the transmission problems some people had with ACURA. But I think this is not one of those. This car felt like new and the transmission worked smooth. Should I be buying this car with above mentioned specs? I checked your answers friends.. I checked the KELLY BLUE BOOK value for the car and it is well above $6000. oh and I was kind of in a hurry to buy a car. I am aware of the 6 cylinder gas consumption. But the car looked good to me. I know it is going to be a bit heavy on my wallet. But it should not make a HUGE difference..right?

Is there any other body kits that i can put on my acura cl ? - i wanted to know if anyone knew if i can jus switch out the bumpers on my 99 cl to use a body kit from another model acura or if i can just use a bumper of a newer acura and add it to mine .... (i cant afford to buy a newer acura right now) and the body kits they sell are ugly for my year so i need help

I am looking for a used Acura CL in the Dallas area. Anyone have any suggestions of where to look online? - I want to buy a used CL. I want a car with (relatively) low mileage (under 100K would be nice - but up to 140K is acceptable.) I want to spend under $10,000. I know there are cars that fit my specifications out there, but whenever I find them, they've already been sold!
